Quality and Reliability
Our new high specification web server is held in a
secure, air-conditioned, custom-built facility, with several levels of power supply back
up, and an ultra short lead into the Internet backbone. Our server is configured to
provide reliability of service, and features an automated high quality backup facility to
cover any eventuality.
Bandwidth
We are connected to the Internet backbone via a 10Mbps connection. Bandwidth is key to
your customer satisfaction. If many customers visit your site simultaneously, a noticeable
deterioration in the speed and quality of their viewing and downloading can occur. On a
64Kbps connection this can frequently happen, losing goodwill, encouraging people to
leave your site, not view it, or not return.
Bandwidth will be a critical issue if;
Many web-hosting facilities are only able to offer a maximum 64Kbps connection. With
the Advanced group, bandwidth can be increased as your site traffic builds.
Features
The
Advanced group's Microsoft NT server features full support for Microsoft FrontPage
extensions, there is currently no premium charge for this.
